Bryan,

My name is Carlos and I recently became Ace-Games's affiliate Director.

After studying and understanding all the situations that have arisen here due to complaints from our customers, affiliates and specially because of posting under "Aliases" in order to discredit other fellow casinos and customers, I would like a chance to do the following:

First of all, I would like to apologize to all the people that were offended, but most importantly, I would like a chance to be able to fix all the wrong doings, starting from Mr. Schankwart's complaints, all the way to taking internal actions.

I am in the best position to try to fix everything that was done wrongly. Allow me to get in touch with you "privately" due to the fact that it will involve real people's names and last names. At this moment I would like to keep everyone's identity private. I also understand that you will be out of town and won't be available as usual but just please let me know what day or time will be good for us to meet or talk about all this.
