If Bryan did open a casino, would he then be forced to rogue all the accredited competition?

On a serious note, and as sad as this actually is, Bryan/Max are just about the only form of regulation/arbitration that exists for online players having any chance of recovery when an issue arises.

This would be like asking the Nevada Gaming Commission to own and operate their own casino in Vegas.

Hmmm, I guess your assuming he'd be doing both. I'd rather look for a way to make things possible, rather than find reasons they aren't. It was mentioned as a "dream" casino- lighten up a lil!

Yeah, bad idea. Probably find yourself indicted for ....... what the hell is the U.S. indicting operators for again?? well, whatever it is, I'm sure they have our best interests in mind and it's comforting to know that I'm protected from........what the hell am i being protected from again?? LOL (sorry, I feel a rant coming on- wrong thread for that)
