Nominating posts?

Have we lost the ability to nominate posts? Have I missed it somewhere with all the new changes? Or is this function being taken away? Wnated to nominiate a post and seem to have misplaced the nominate button...

This was a plugin that I'm right now trying to replace. The coder that developed this Awards system is no longer supporting this plugin and there is no updated version for vBulletin.

I'm trying to find a replacement at the moment since it was a popular gadget on the site.
