Link exchange form broke?

Is it just me, or is the link exchange submission form not working properly?

I filled out the form a couple of times to submit my link to the "middle of the links page", but every time I click the submit button, the following message appears on the page:

OOPS!!

Now how in the hell did that happen? The page you're looking for has moved or has been deleted. Hang tight and you'll be redirected.

It says I will be redirected, but it never redirects me anyplace. Can you look into this Casinomeister?

This is from the old Casinomeister site. Unfortunately, this is a program that has been discontinued. I've tried to come up with an alternate - but I haven't thought of anything yet.

Does that mean a person can't add their link to your link exchange page until you find an alternative, or can they e-mail you their website information in the meantime and go about it that way?
