The money was reversed initially as she had not met our wagering requirements however the money was erroneously reversed the 2nd time.

We have contacted the player and apologised. We have sent the $50 refund to her firepay account, she should receive it within the next 48 hours.

Bryan, i thank you ever so much. I just want it noted for the record, that there was no play between the 2 cashouts, and the 40.00 that disappeared, magically re-appeared. But besides that, Thanks for working the magic for me!!
