The ussual problem of many different web browsers.
Some div classes and id's need some investigation in order to appear correctly to all browsers. To some sites i've build, spend a lot of hours to test them on all web browsers.
Same happens with some parts of the site with I.explorer 6 (that noone i believe is using those days).
It just the compatibility of the browser with the website code and css styling.
PS: To the page you put up the screenshots, it seems that Chrome is ignoring or overusing floats (left,right,none).

Edited to add: about 4% of the visitors here use Chrome.

Don't rush on my account. I've been putting up with it for a while now lol
I think Chrome uses the same Mozilla engine as Firefox so double check that. Neuro has a point on floats (float:left; float:rightcould be that.
If you use position commands that can really screw up the display of a site in some browsers. Certainly the case with BetSage and firefox and other mozilla type browsers.
