Don't RELY on this though. If you reinstall Windows, or get a new PC, casinos will NOT flag up that you already have an account, yet if you rely on this and assume you have to register again, you will have created "multiple accounts", and this is one of the things casinos call player fraud.
If you get a corrupted casino installation (common with Microgaming, I have 2 now because of the recent update
), you can redownload them from the CM links, and use your existing account details. It will make no difference, you can NEVER become eligible for any of the "new player" special offers. You CAN use the special offers for EXISTING players in most cases, and you do NOT have to uninstall and reinstall the casino from the CM links for this.
I am not sure though about the iNetBet "tempting Tuesday" offer though, this MIGHT only apply to those who originally registered their account through the CM site - you could check with the rep here, or their support.
If you decide to emigrate, you could then enter the 32Red slotmeister, even WITHOUT joining through the CM links
