Seeing as how this could be considered theft of intellectual property, I'm sure a quick letter fired off by Bryan's attorney would force this domain's registrar to reveal who actually owns this domain.

Also, their hosting provider could do the same..

This was brought to my attention about a year ago, and this a-hole is still at it. I've sent an email off last week (not the first time) to Casino Rewards to have this affiliate's account shut down. No response from Renee yet...

As for the a-hole webmaster, Simmo! brought this to my attention about a year ago, but I had forgotten about it. It's a dead site - all automated as far as I can tell. I'll contact the host <sigh> what a bloody waste of time.
