    Casino Share - wrong bonus terms

    Hi,

    as CS is accredited here, an you plz tell'em to correct their bonus terms !!

    ->
    A player's Cash account may be cashed out at any time (except for new players who have received the opening offer bonus and have not met both the 250 minimum number of bets and 40x wagering play-through requirement).
    ->

    This is not true. Just took "Happy Halloween", and their is no cashin possible!!

    This is really too bad.

    Now, you have to wager 1.200€ on Tree Card Poker for a 10 € bonus...

    Or 6.000€ on Aces Faces Video Poker for 10 € bonus.

    Or more than 100.000.000.000€ on Red Dog (!) .... to cash out 10€ of bonus. Same for any BJ, Craps...

    I deposited and I the Halloween bonus was instantly credited to my account. I havent fufilled the 30x WRs yet though so I dont know as yet whether the cashout will be declined. I tend to think that there shouldnt be many probs though.

    Where in the world are you getting these numbers????

    100,000,000,000 of wagering for a 10€ bonus if you play Red Rog/BJ/Craps? I think your math is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy off.

    Are you by chance multiplying 250 * 40 to get these numbers? If so, read again, it says 250 bets as well as playing it through 40x. Each is seperate....total bets placed has nothing to do with the rollover amount.
    Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

    Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

    Hi All,

    Please note that the bonuses works as follow:

    Bonus system wager requirements is 30 times

    Sign-on bonus 40 times.

    Only the opening offer wager requirements needs to be met in full in order to cash-in otherwise all other offers will allow you to cash-in at anytime and only the left over bonus would then be voided.

    So basically there should be no reason as to why you would not be able to cash-in unless you've received an opening offer bonus.

    However like what it sounds like from your communication is that you've received an all player or regular player offer which would allow you to cash-in.

    However should you still experience issue, please PM me with your account details and I would be all to glad to look into the matter for you.

    Hope to hear from you soon in order to get this matter resolved.

    Thanks
    Mario

    Mario,

    In that case I suggest that the SUB be claimed by the player prior to depositing instead of being credited instantly. Otherwise, if players do not wish to take up the welcome bonus, they will still be bound by the bonus WRs.

    BTW, I saw as a promo that flashed across while playing that if you play $20 at Boogie Monsters you get 1500 Green points. I dont know if I read wrongly but I played $20 and dint see the Green Points in my account. Just wanted to know if I misread it.

    Hi Chuchu59,

    Please note that the player has the opportunity to request the reversal of the bonus.

    It is clearly stated in the T&C as well as an in software pop-up gets populated and notifies the player here off.

    Should you wish to be removed from the bonus simply contact support.

    In regards to the Green Points offer please PM me your account details and I'll look into the matter for you.

    Thanks
    Mario
