Where are the Playtech, Boss Media, Wagerworks, etc. complaints??

I know that the Casinomeister forum has a US majority (I think) but still there are a lot of non-US members here. I've noticed that there are hardly any complaints about the casino platforms mentioned in the title. What, did suddenly these casinos started being so nice to the players since pulling out of US? Are European, Asian, etc. people too nice to publicly complain here? US members can only bitch and moan about RTG and Microgaming because that's the only ones that are available to us. But where are the BetFred and Bet365 complaints? Or Blackjack Heaven and Intercasino?

Hi europa just paid me $80 to my cc from a bday free chip, just checked my bank statement, then remembered this thread.

I dont play at playtechs realy that much unless its free chip then i may deposit afterwards. Or the buy 20 get 100 deals which are allways welcome.

To many spins inbertween bonus rounds and to many slots with random free spins amounts for me.

Plus the annoying thing off allways geting a bonus on deposit even if you spend the time grilling live chat not to get one.

Actually, the US is not a majority here - about 40%.

And not all of the complaints are posted. Max receives about 1-2 PABs a day. A number of these are solved without a prob, but then a number of these end up in the warning section/rogue pit

It seems as long as a casino ventures away from the problematic US player, the easier it becomes. Cryptologic powered casino complaints are rare. So are boss media (unless you use a robot ), but Playtech still gets a few.

Most of the complaints coming in are your little ma & pa run casinos, no-name brands, and ones associated with Costa Rican sportsbooks

Max could probably fill you in more.

That's because noone wins, therefore never any cashouts to complain about

If there was a Playtech complaint section it would be a hundred pages of complaints about the FOUR day wait before processing of withdrawals.

Playtech who needs them. Past several months i have made deposits, either to find they add a bonus i never wanted or the wrong bonus sent in the email.
Then to make the playing experience horrid is those pop up boxes asking you to redeposit and get a double bonus. If you close off that chat box within a few more seconds is another box. Then the factor bonus rounds are very few and pay horrid since the upgrades. For me once the fun is gone its gone and for that reason between lack of fun, the annoying pop ups. customer service hasnt a clue to what your asking did it for me. I closed off my playtech accounts and deleted the casinos.

Actually, Max has compiled the PABs for the first six months of 2008. It can be found here:
