You ask that I clarify which VIP Lounge I was referring to. I did this initially when I said Jackpot Factory Casinos. I'm very much aware of the other VIP Lounge which is listed as a rogue casino. This was why this was particularly frustrating to me because I've never had a problem with Jackpot Factory Casinos in the past.
