Hi Casinomeister!

I e-mailed you yesterday about a withdrawal from VIP Lounge Casino (Jackpot Factory Group) where their check was returned and stamped account closed. I have been unable to get a replacement check OR the bank charges incurred due to this. I never got a response to my e-mail. Could you please respond? Thanks!

Melanie, as a starting point, could you clarify which Vip Lounge Casino you are having problems with? Maybe the casino you played at is the one NOT in the Jackpot Factory Group but is the other which has been rogued for quite some time...........

You ask that I clarify which VIP Lounge I was referring to. I did this initially when I said Jackpot Factory Casinos. I'm very much aware of the other VIP Lounge which is listed as a rogue casino. This was why this was particularly frustrating to me because I've never had a problem with Jackpot Factory Casinos in the past. I will attach their last e-mail for your review so that you can be assured I am correct. Thank you for responding.

Thank you, Melanie, for your patience with me while I ask (seemingly) innane questions.....I am as surprised as you are of this development at JFC. Their rep seems to be recently active at this forum and perhaps will read this thread and respond to the questions you have raised. Again, thank you for bringing this problem into the light.
