You shouldn't have a problem with them, unless you are in the US. If so, payments may get a little dicked up. True, they are a member of the Casino Rewards group which may be problematic. CR has a policy to NOT participate in this forum, so there is no rep here. If you run into a problem, you can submit a complaint to eCOGRA. I won't deal with them.
