Dear Sir I have played with free chip at the virtua casino RTG and suddenly I won the jackpot Random. I have made withdrawal at the cashier. Will I get my winning because in the free chip terms and conditions, the casino does not talk about jackpot.

Yes you are right. The virtual casino close my account without any explanation.

My jackpot of 12000,00USD is gone.

Hope this casino wil disapear soon from the online gaming.

Wow, just found more, this must be one of their 'antique' pages No Real Series Slots on free chips. They don't even list virtual casino as part of the virtual group

edit again: Not antique free chip page here allows real series slots. They need to clean it up, seriously!

Welcome to the forum. Please visit the list of accrdited casinos and play at those places. The chance to win is the same, but the chance to be paid without any hassle is much, much bigger.

Sorry to hear that

But I don't think they will pay. I used a bonus code with my deposit and hit a $14,804 random jackpot at an RTG and all I was entitled to was $250. Ten times my deposit.
They had nothing about jackpots on their website either but it should be stipulated somewhere on the casino webpage that you were playing at that there is a max cashout when free chips are used.

im thinking your either gonna get the amount of the chip or maybe 10 times the amount of the chip if your lucky. it is a sickening feeling i know, been there done that at breakaway along time ago on a b- day chip. like mikepipe said read all the rules and then call them or go to live chat and ask ?s. if they avoid the ? and cant take the time for you ,you dont need to waste your time playing there.
