Hi, this is tigirl. i am new to this and my first casino i tried was this monaco gold casino. i won about 15,000. but i dont see this on any of your reccommended list. do you have any info about this caino? i am so nervous about getting my winnings. they said they can send a check for 5000.00 a month. can you tell me anything about monaco gold casino? thank you

Monaco Gold is not listed here at Casinomeister mainly because it is problematic. There have been numerous complaints about this operation, and it seems to be very difficult in getting a hold of the operators when problems arise. They are not proactive when it comes to problems, and sometimes I wonder if they are on another planet.

hi, this is tigirl. thank you so much for repling so fast. i called monaco gold and they told me that i didnt violate any of their rules. they asked me to e-mail my driver lic. which i did. and i have never had a problem with communicating with them, either by live chat e-mail or phone. so you said thats why its not on your list. do you think i have anything to worry about based on the info that i gave you? also whats the easiest way to use your credit card for different casinos. i am having the worst time getting deposits off my visa card. monaco gold offers epassporte, that worked for me with my credit card, but they said that i can only use this account at casinos that accept epassporte and it seems none of them do. do you know of any? or maybe its listed under a different name? im trying the glodal casino thats on your list, and they dont seem to offer epassporte? or maybe they do and im not seeing it, any suggestions on how i can use my credit card on global? i also have a netteller account which is linked to my bank acct. but i would rather use my visa any suggestions? ill be waiting for your reply and once again thanks for your speedy help for this newbie. tigirl

Hi, new here and hitting and missing about threads, so hope you get this. I also am having a prob. with Monaco Gold. Was playing a game, won the game, but didn't get credit. Currently, Casinomeister is trying to help me on this one as there is NO SUPPORT whatsoever on this site!!! I have made phone calls, emails, etc. etc. and just get the runaround! I have never seen a casino with such a lack of support!! So beware ev1.

Incredible - one would think that a company like Empire Online, which took over this operation last year would have the sense and the resources to run a proper customer service centre.

hi, this is tigirl, and i just recieved my check today. i cashed out my balance which was 13,000.00 and was sent a check today for $4965.00, they took out the express delivery charge of 35.00 which i okayed because i wanted it fast. it did take a while to get the check, but i got it 4 days after they said it was approved though the department of review that takes 7-days to look at. Cashing it is another story, i looked on the check and it SEEMED to be drawn from citibank. so i went to citibank and tried to cash it. the teller asked if i had an account there and i said no. so she wouldnt except it and told me after fiddeling around with the computer that she couldnt pull their account up, maybe because it was out of the country. i started to get upset and she told me to just deposit it in my own bank which i did and they excepted it with a 5-7 day hold on it. I will post back when and if this check clears. then moaco gold told me i can only cash out 5000.00 a month from after the check clears. I saw a website called "sarah picks beware on line gaming", if you sign in to her site she gives you her pick of the week, so i did it just for fun and her pick was monaco gold, like everytime, so i e-mailed her and she told me she won 6200.00 and got it a week later. So i wrote her back saying thats impossible since you can only cash out 5000.00 a month, well she then changed it to "they sent me 5000" one month and the balance the next. sounds fishy to me. Has anyone heard of this Sarah? she also wrote back a day later with this great bonus offer for me from her to play at monaco gold, I told her that her and I already spoke about this and e-mailed each other back and forth yestarday, and that when i get my check and it CLEARS and the money is in my hands, will i continue to play there. I am happy to say that my first check from Monaco gold was cashed today and all is fine. my bank put a 5 day hold on it but this morning i checked and the cash is there. I'm so happy with this casino, I have 3 more cash outs to make from them and hope they treat those the same way. I'll keep You updated. Thanks Monaco Gold and all in this forum

If your case is real, congratulations on your win. I think you will be paid just fine. You don't have to pass any info from the forum to the casino.

If your case is not real (your positive and enthousiastic words about Monaco Gold, are too much. A player normally doesn't ask the casino if he has violated any rules...), you have to try more to persuade readers of the wonderful Monaco Gold casino!
