Toward a definition of Cheating

In my initial post, I stated that I am new to this forum. I respect you for attempting to monitor a wild and lawless environment and I particularly applaud your sense of fairness--yes, there are unethical players as well as dishonest casinos. I do feel, however (the inevitable 'however'), that you permit a degree of debate in an area that is black-and-white. When a player's deposit is returned, his winnings and bonus confiscated (read 'stolen'), he doesn't merely feel cheated: he has, in fact, been cheated. As I wrote in my pitch-a-bitch, if I can lose but cannot win, I am being cheated. Why the halfway measures?--places who employ such practices are more than rogues: they are outright, arrant, flagrant CHEATS. Why shy away from the precisely accurate label?

BTW, what casino gave you the old "in 'n out?" Don't keep it to yourself, share the love. (Casino Extreme and her sisters are the ones who raped me.)

I'm not trying to be coy, but Brian requests, when you pitch-a-bitch, that you refrain from flaming the casino until he has had the opportunity to intervene. Let me dispel some of the mystery by stating that I can sympathize and empathize with your experience.

Fair enough. Just follow up and fill in the blanks when you get a resolution, it's nice to have a name attached to the evil deeds.

Sorry for the delay in responding, but I was out all week and I'm just beginnnig to get a handle on the "pitch a bitches".

The casino that your having difficulty with is one of the RTG "bad boys"; Crystal Palace. As of before I left, Warren Cloud and I were communicating on civil/professional terms, and I was able to assist in getting a few player problems resolved. And I've more or less told him to blow me. I don't have time for his baby games.

I'll look at your situation (along with the numerous Crystal Palace complaints that came in while I was gone). If there are legitimate non-paying complaints, I can see about getting his plug yanked (believe me Warren, you know I can do this). Slow payments don't count unfortunately.
