dear casino meister

i have registered at the casino purchase 1$ and recieve 30$ bonus. as stated in their terms bonus money may not be cashed in only winnings i have put the 31$ on the roullete won and made a cash in after everytime i won (exactly as we should do with sticky bonus)
i have recieved an email stating that i have blocked since i have made a bad use of their promotion. i have earned 150$ and their bonus is 30$, i have follow exactly their terms,
i have heard GRAND VIRTUAL CASINOS have a very good reputation and maybe i am stupid do you think this is a bonus abuse or just they don't want to pay my winnings ?

i will really appreciate your help
