I am still trying to find out about the operations-good or bad of the above guys after an offer from them. pls let me know what you know about their online casino providing. Also,how much should I spend to start a(medium sized) online casino with any honest provider?}

Stay away from them. Many of their casinos have closed; there have been complaints of non-payment from players and licensees alike.
