Angry help! what should i do

I WAS A FREQUENT PLAYER AT THE ALLJACKPOTS CASINO, THATS IS UP UNTIL MARCH 2008. I MADE MY LAST DEPOSIT ON THEIR CASINO MAR 28. IN APRIL I RECIEVE 4 BILLING DESCRIPTORS FOR THE JACKPOT FACTORY CASINO. THERE IS NO AMOUNT ON THEN, BUT MY CARD WAS TAPPED 4 TIMES IN 20 MINUTES. I CONTACTED THE CASINO AND THEY WERE TO NOTIFY ME. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I CONTACTED THE CASINO AND STILL NO RESOLUTION. THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO GO TO THE CC CARD CO.I CONTACTED MY CC CO. THAT DAY THEY GOT ME FOR 19.99 TIMES 4. SO I CANCELLED THAT CARD AND GOT ANOTHER. LIKE A FOOL I DID IT AGAIN. GUESS WHAT. JUNE 6,2008 THEY HIT MY CARD FOR ANOTHER 19.99. THE CC CARD PROCESSING COMPANY TELLS ME THAT THEY CANT LOCATE THE MERCHANT, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE SENT THEM EVERYTHING THEY HAVE ASKED FOR. STILL NO RESOLUTION. ON TOP OF THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN THE ONLY ONE THAT THIS HAS BEEN OCCURING TOO. I HAVE A SISTER AND A FRIEND THAT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. ALL THROUGH THE SAME JACKPOT FACTORY CASINOS. SO WHAT DO I DO? PLEASE ANY FEED BACK WOULD HELP.

First off, is it a regular credit card or a Netspend (prepaid) card? If it is a regular card you can have them question the charges and charge them back (use as a last resort). I know that Bank of American and Chase will help with this. Your bank or credit card company can find out where the charges came from. Also most online charges come with a strange looking number which is actually a phone number for the entity charging the card. Call it (if there is one) and bitch. I have had crap charges come through, called the number and had them reversed immediately.

Now if it is a Netspend card it will be harder to have the charges reversed. If it is a Netspend, are the charges in the pending section or have they already been processed. If they are in pending, they may just disappear after a day or two. I haven't had any problem like this but other people on this forum have however it was mostly Netspend cards. Hopefully someone else with more knowledge will help with this.

Good luck from a fellow Texan.

Hi there first off good luck with this. Though i might add using the cap letters for one of you first posts isnt a good idea. Here in this forum is lots and lots of great people that can help you. First find the right spot to issue your complaint and plse dont use cap letters as the people here take as your screaming at them.

Mecan, welcome to the group. I won't go into details, but search some of the threads on this group. This group was deemed the best on the net last year by CM, hope you look into past threads to see that many don't agree with that accolade. As Brian suggested, talk to David Brickman (if you can handle the rhetoric), he is the rep for Jokepot Factory. Good luck, you'll need it. No flame intended, just stating facts Brian.
