Jackpot Factory check bounces

My bank called me yesterday while I was at work so I checked my account and saw a check I had deposited from First web bounced! I am expecting 2 more this week and am not happy at all . With the check there is an email contact but they haven't responded back yet and no phone number .

I do hope the next checks will clear, but it's not looking good. Do these casinos (and their processors) have no idea what damage these bad checks do to our accounts?? We're taking a risk anyway, and these rubber checks just set off alarm bells in our banks.

Did the bounced check say NSF or something else?

So sorry to hear this. I stopped accepting checks 2 months ago and now I use Quicktender when I cashout. This is exactly what I was afraid of when I was accepting checks. I hope they fix it for you soon.

I don't use this process with casinos, but another question would be do they care? If so, pay the fee's that a bounce check can cause for some people.

I wonder why they have "Last activity:" disabled in their profile. IMO casino reps should be required to have this enabled so we know whether or not it's a waste of time to bother trying to contact them via the forum.

Fortunately, their last post was on the 24th, so hopefully they'll be popping in this thread soon.

There was no mention of the $27 I was charged for their check that bounced so I emailed back . Hope to hear soon as this is their fee really and not mine.

...and yes, in the very least they should compensate you for the fees you're out - either via a ND and no WR "bonus", or another check.

I do hope it clears this time! (Wonder if JPF lets my Mom balance their checkbooks?? ) Keep us posted, Silky. And please hit JPF up for any fees you incurred due to this SNAFU.

For the record... when I was playing again, I'd stopped depositing at JPF because of these payout delays and weirdities... and when/if I deposit again, it won't be there. They have got to get their $hit together for paying US players if they're going to accept our deposits!

silkprint, Who was that response from exactly ?...I'd be cautious if that was just one of the CS Reps telling you that...we all know how much they really know about what goes on, this has been proved time and time again in thread after thread...

Silk, out of curiosity, did your bank tell you the reason for the returned check? nonsufficient funds? Closed account? Stop payment? Probably NSF, since JF asked you to redeposit. But you never know.

Hi It was returned for NSF. I am still waiting on the other 2 checks owed . One was processed on 2/10 and the other 2/21 and still not here . I called them today and they said that they needed 21 working days . My response to that was 'ok but when you emailed me my withdraw statement it was because you had processed it ....why would it take another 21 days once the check was cut to be mailed? I always liked this group but at this point I an getting weery . I asked them about ACH but they said it had to be over a certain amount and mine were smaller at $700 and $400 .

i had to p.m rob as i just hit over 5k at wild jack casino, i didnt put two and two together and now that i have gone thru the whole thread im almost sick. i cashed out 4 k thru my qt the same as i deposited, so like rob says ill keep my fingers crossed for everyone. first it was golden reef i played at and lost a good sum of money just for them to go belly-up and now reading this and finding out wild jack belongs to the same group as jackpot factory, ill stick from now on with the ones i know pay........laurie

I don't think JPF are intentionally 'bad'.... I think they just can't seem to get a handle on this cashout to US thing. Seems to be a problem w/their processors and poor communication between all involved. Hopefully, at least cashouts to QT will be timely and uneventful. Here's who/what I've uninstalled lately:

All JPF casinos. (I had 2 installed) Due to weirdities and problems w/US withdrawals. Silky's problem clinched it.

All Casino Action casinos. (I only had 1) due to them being dead in the water.

Grand Mondial. They have weird, non-standard WR and T&C for bonuses. I may reinstall later, as I don't generally do deposit bonuses if I don't know wtf is going on.

Villento. Software problems. Can't play. News games won't download. Crashes. Reinstall didn't help and I wasn't fighting w/it.

ClubUSA/World. Couldn't deposit there w/QT due to hiccup in software after upgrade. Got tired of fooling w/it and uninstalled.

Let's put the mellow-caps on and chill out a little, folks. D. Brickman is a member of the forum and deserves to be respected like any forum member. To label someone a joke or attack one's manliness is not a way to address a situation like this. This is an upstanding casino group, I'm sure this issue will be taken care of soon.

Also, if you are in the States and continue to participate gambling for real money, you have to be flexible and understanding when there are problems at the bank. It is a very complicated matter when it comes to payouts to US accounts. Before getting riled up about these things, you need to take this into consideration. Thanks!

Hi everyone,

Ill cut right to the chase: Our processing company works with a variety of banks to handle financial transactions. There was an problem in one of those bank, and the account that these checks were linked too had insufficient funds. The bank told us it was a case of human error, which is something very difficult to argue with as we all make mistakes. We will obviously more than cover ALL bank fees incurred by players effected by this issue.

As I have said numerous times in the past, we do everything we can to get withdrawals into the hands of our players in as timely a manner possible. With the situation in the US, there are sometimes delays and glitches. In this case it wasnt anything sinister or some financial trouble with the casino, simply human error.

Our suggestion to all US players is to deposit with Quicktender, which is the quickest and most secure way to deposit and withdraw monies from the casino.

My thanks to those whos posts reflected both patience and reason. Personally, I dont see the need to be so negative when mistakes occur, especially with a casino group who is always willing to come forward and discuss issues. I can only imagine as players youd like to deal with an honest casino group who is always approachable.
