FYI, Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos (with the exception of Crazy Vegas) and Golden Star Network casinos (with the exception of Golden Riviera) have found payment solutions for the US and are accepting US residents again, except those living in the 11 banned states.

Yes this is fabulous news and was announced at CAP this morning.

I hope other casinos follow suit!!! :D

This is the best news we have had in MONTHS! :)

Good news for players or good news for affiliates?

Good news for players, sure. But for affiliate webmasters - not so sure. The feds could probably easily charge an affiliate for aiding and abbetting if he/she is accepting a revenue share for a casino that targets US players. US affiliates need to keep their ducks in a row on this and get some real legal advice.

Do you have a link to this news, please Simmo?

Do you know any precedent with the feds taking legal actions against affiliates or affiliates in USA? In fact all feds rip the proceeds of the "unlawful online gambling transactions" as they receive salaries from taxes collected from the banks that process (with some fees) "unlegal igambling transactions"...
