    Casinopays.com Warning!

    Hi all,

I have promoted Prestigecasino.com since they used bossmedia software. (about 2 years!)

After Casinopays.com migrated the affiliate accounts to their site I have not been able to login. They say that my affiliate accounts were "destroyed" under the migration, and there is nothing they can do. They have just asked me to open new accounts and promote their brands..

BUT WHAT ABOUT ALL THE PLAYERS I HAVE SENT TO PRESTIGE/DIAMOND/PLAYGATE ?!

Casinopays.com can't/won't help and have not offered any kind of compensation.

    Don't work with Casinopays.com!

    Regards

    This is ridiculous

Casinopays has mailed me and offered me $xxxx. I don't think it's a fair deal, because I belive I have sent xxx real money players to the 3 casinos from PrestigeGaming and when I signed up as an affiliate, I was promoised lifetime revenue share....So I asked for more.

    Then I recieved this mail:

    "Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have taken a look at your accounts that you had and in combination of those accounts you brought approximately XX players, which makes your min. XXX seem somewhat unrealistic. We therefore feel that the $xxxx is more than enough to compensate and for us to move forward"

How can Casinopays look at my accounts/data when thay say the accounts was Lost/destroyed under the Migration from thepartnerpage.com to Casinopays.com ?

From my understanding it would have to be Playtech who would migrate players.

Not sure if that is of any help.

    Hi Dominique,

The players was migrated from bossmedia to playtech without problems. I continued to promote PrestigeGaming from the new affiliate website: Thepartnerpage.com.

After some time they decided to move the affiliate accounts to Cpays.com, and my accounts was "lost" ?!

    do you understand me ?

I am not talking boss to playtech - that happened when the casinos changed software.

I am saying that supposedly Playtech needs to migrate the players from the Partnerpage to Casinopays. Apparently Casinopays orders it and then Playtech has to do it.

At least that is what I was told.

    Question

    Okay.

But what do you think I should do ?

What would you do, if you promoted a group of casinos in 2-3 years, and your affiliate account and players suddenly was gone. disappeared.

I don't know if the casinos are making money on the players I sent, because I can't login. But if they are, I won't recieve one single dollar.

How come you can't login? I assume at casinopays because the partnerpage is closed.

    I can't login at Casinopays.com!

Somehow my accounts was "lost" when they migrated the affiliates from Thepartnerpage.com to Cpays.com.

I have emailed Cpays.com many times. This is the answer I get:

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting me.

Unfortunately, neither of the accounts that you have listed below, appear on our records.
But some days ago I recieved this mail:

I have taken a look at your accounts that you had and in combination of those accounts you brought approximately XX players, which makes your min. XXX seem somewhat unrealistic. We therefore feel that the $xxxx is more than enough to compensate and for us to move forward
How is that possible ? They can't see my accounts but they can see "XX" ?!
