Tain In Poker Content Deal With Ggnetwork

Re-focuses on online poker sector

Dublin-based poker platform provider GGNetwork has clinched its first major European partnership with Tain Network who, under the terms of the deal, will distribute GGNetwork online poker games to licensees "who have traditionally demonstrated a huge appetite for online poker".
The deal is described as a major coup for GGNetwork who claims to be the "fastest-growing network in the world of poker".
"This is a very exciting time for us and it is a big honour to be joining forces with such an experienced, outstanding, branded platform as Tain," Hilly Ehrlich, spokesperson for GGNetwork said in a press statement.
"We look forward to re-activating and hosting all the poker followers on Tain Network with a style and flavour of poker that everyone will enjoy."
Speaking on the decline of poker, Mathias Larsson, chief executive officer of Tain, said the vertical once represented a significant sector for Tain operators.
"However, we do not believe that the downturn was due to people falling out of love with poker; it was because the poker networks simply were not good enough and allowed certain brands to take over the market.
"Now, though, Tain will once again be able to offer world-class poker to its operators and I am sure it will be a massive success."

Infopowa news was a staple of Casinomeister’s news from 2000 until 2019. Brian Cullingworth was the main writer, contributor, and was one of the most knowledgeable persons I have ever known involved in the online casino industry.

We first met in January 2001 at the ICE in London where I observed him going booth to booth interviewing online casino, software, and licensing jurisdiction representatives. Brian was also heavily involved with our forum as “Jetset“, he was involved as an informal consultant to eCOGRA, the OPA, and was a player advocate who assisted countless aggrieved players with his connections to industry folks. He also published “Casino Cautions” via Infopowa news for quite a number of years. These can be found in our news archives.

His passing in February 2019 was a dark day for us. He will be forever missed.
