Marcel Luske in new biometric ID venture

Internationally respected poker pro Marcel Luske is taking his career in a new direction that still offers strong possibilities in the gaming industry – personal identification technology.

The former Pokerstars pro has founded Fortified-ID, a company that has taken ID technology up a gear with a unique ID card system using fingerprint identification elements that are unique and cannot be duplicated.

The company's website says that nCID (non-clonableID) technology inserts tags and labels into cards using unique information about the owner. When presented, scanners are used to identify and authenticate the card instantly.

Given the escalating presence of commercial fraud throughout the world, Luske is confident that his new company provides an essential and effective service that has application in a wide range of industries.
