Perform On The Hunt For New Cfo

CFO resigns following share price plummet

David Surtees, chief financial officer of digital sports media company Perform Group Plc, will stand down as of January 31, 2014 after serving six years with the firm.

Paul Walker, Non-Executive Chairman, said, "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank David Surtees for his significant contribution over the last six years. David joined shortly after the formation of the Group and has helped to grow and build the business."

Perform's shares crashed 58 percent from 427p to 180p in a 24 hour period following a warning in the middle of December 2013 that its profits would be significantly below expectation.

The company said it is on the look out for Surtees successor.
