Paf Fine Tunes Consumer-centric Approach

20,000 customers contributed to the now-live experience

Åland-based gaming company Paf has launched an overhaul of its website, saying it vastly improves the user experience by individualising content based on customers' preferences and behaviour.
Once logged in, the website automatically adapts to the user preferences whether accessed via pc, mobile or tablet through their own "My PAF" tab. My PAF offers customers the ability to save their favourite games for their next visit, access their balance history and PAF's responsible gambling tools while also receiving personalised offers.
PAF said its development team had worked closely with almost 20,000 PAF customers in Finland, Spain, Estonia and Sweden in terms of concept, design and additional functions.
"Our customers' continuous participation in the development process helps the new to really focus on each player's individual needs," commented Andreas Perjus, chief product officer for Paf.
