Online Gambling Group Secures Premium Listing On London Stock Exchange (update)

GVC expects to be eligible for inclusion in the UK FTSE Index Series by September 2016

Online gambling group GVC Holdings has delivered on its pledge to secure a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange, reporting Monday that it had been accepted, and taking a step closer to its ambition of entering the FTSE-250 series by September this year.
The new listing is effective August 1, the Financial Times reports, observing that last May it had identified GVC as the online gambling sector's 'dark horse' with a $2 billion market evaluation and a growth rate higher than that of more prominent rivals like Ladbrokes and 888 Holdings.
