Mr Green offers real-money casino games on smartphones
The Swedish publicly-listed online casino group Mr Green and Co AB continued its push into the British market this week with the release of a new smartphone app that users can log in to via their Facebook accounts.
The launch of the UK-targeted app is the fruit of Mr Green's recent acquisition of Social Thrills, which already offers casino gaming at Spin Tower Casino on Facebook in a beta phase (see previous InfoPowa reports).
During the summer, Social Thrills and Mr Green Ltd have worked together on the development of this new smartphone version of the Mr Green online casino for the UK market.
"For us, being one of a handful of gaming companies to offer real-money gaming in the UK market with a Facebook log-in represents a seal of quality," Mikael Pawlo, CEO of Mr Green & Co, said Friday.
"Our presence on Facebook with Spin Tower Casino has given us a deep understanding of player behaviour on this platform."
