Nyx Gaming Group In Strategic Dfs Deal With Gdfs

For exclusive distribution and promotion of DFS product across the OGS platform

NYX Gaming Group subsidiary, NYX Digital Gaming, has established a strategic relationship for the distribution of Global Daily Fantasy Sports' (GDFS) B2B fantasy sports platform across its open gaming system (OGS) platform.
Under the terms of the deal, NYX Digital Gaming has granted GDFS the exclusive worldwide right to distribute its DFS product on the OGS platform and network and has undertaken to offer and promote the product to its current and future customers, through its sales and marketing assets, for a period of five-years.
In addition to the total $1 million consideration paid by GDFS to NYX in terms of the distribution rights, GDFS will pay NYX a monthly royalty. The initial five-year term of the deal may be renewed for an additional five-year period subject to certain conditions having been met.
"Our distribution partnership with NYX is a key alliance for the launch of our B2B daily fantasy sports product in Europe," Darcy Krogh, chief executive officer of Global Daily Fantasy Sports commented. "Having the exclusive integration into the NYX OGS platform gives our DFS product access to some of the largest gaming brands in Europe and should provide our network immediate liquidity. We look forward to working closely with NYX and their partners to further develop and distribute our DFS product into the marketplace."
