Global Gaming Network Inc. sells off Fantasy Sports brands

Global Gaming Network Inc. has sold its Amped Fantasy Sports and Sports brands to Lux Digital Pictures Partners who in turn transferred the assets to digital media and technology services firm StreamTrack Inc.
StreamTrack will assume all sales and marketing of the web and mobile based operations of, and, revenue, cost of sales, marketing and other fulfillments with immediate effect.
Moving forward the company said, the Amped Fantasy brand will offer diverse formats that will include free and paid daily, weekly, pick'em, salary cap, flex or customised roster and guaranteed prize or payout contests.
StreamTrack chief executive officer, Michael Hill commenting on the deal said: "In the coming months we plan to rollout additional daily fantasy sports brands by way of acquisition and organic development to support the growing demand within this explosive industry.
"Entering the daily fantasy sports industry is a major move forward for StreamTrack. With our current video and display advertising platform and existing distribution of online and mobile traffic we plan to capitalize on existing media. This Agreement provides StreamTrack strategic entry into this market immediately with a fully functional platform."
