NetEnt Schedule Presentation for First-Half Year Results

Swedish casino game developer NetEnt who are the subject of a takeover bid from the live casino specialists Evolution Gaming, have rescheduled their presentation of their first-half year results for 2020. With the new date and time being Friday, July 17th, 2020, at 7:30 am CEST.
A telephone conference and presentation for investors, analysts and media will be held at 11:00 am CEST. The presentation will be held in English by Group CEO Therese Hillman and will start with a brief review of the report, followed by a Q&A session.

On 24th June 2020 NetEnt’s Board of Directors released a regulatory statement to the Swedish Stock Exchange, recommending that shareholders accept an offer for the company from Evolution Gaming. In a deal that values the company at €1.86bn, based on the closing prices of NetEnt’s shared on 23rd June 2020.
