Mga Suspends Three More Licenses In Italian Mafia Investigation (update)

Thought to be linked to 'Ndrangheta betting ring

Fenplay Ltd director, Vincenzo Giuliano, was reportedly one of 28 placed under police custody by Italian Police in connection with the 'Ndrangheta betting network, Malta Today reports.
In addition, the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has suspended Fenplay's license with immediate effect saying it would not be providing further information at this stage.
The MGA noted "Fenplay must suspend all operations, cease new player registrations, suspend all transactions on all websites, including deposits and withdrawals, and submit all data and documentation requested by the Authority". The same applies to any websites operated by or associated with Fenplay Limited.
Players are urged to contact the MGA on support.mga@mga.org.mt in relation to outstanding payments due to them.
Soft Bet Ltd and Soft Casino Ltd's licenses were also suspended this week by the MGA, also thought to be related to the 'Ndrangheta investigations.
