MGA Backs All-In Diversity Project

As Strategic Partner

The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has become a Strategic Partner of the All-in Diversity Project, an industry-driven initiative that aims to benchmark diversity, equality and inclusion in the global gaming sector.

The alliance will ensure greater exposure for the issues surrounding diversity in the betting and gambling sector in Malta and will help address issues like the skills gap, recruitment and retention of talent from the local talent pools and globally.

“The Malta Gaming Authority is delighted to be supporting this project, as diversity, equality and inclusion are all on top of the MGA’s agenda,” Heathcliff Farrugia, Chief Executive Officer of the Malta Gaming Authority, said.

“Having the MGA support the All-in Diversity Project is another leap forward for our industry. Working in collaboration with leading regulatory organisations such as the Malta Gaming Authority means we can accelerate progress, share more information and offer better tools to the businesses located there. We are thrilled to have them as a partner,” concluded Kelly Kehn, Co-Founder of the All-In Diversity Project.

Red Tiger Gaming Targets Malta Licensees With New Daily Drop Product

Pooled Daily Jackpot product

Red Tiger Gaming is launching a new pooled daily jackpot product dubbed ‘Daily Drop’.

The network-wide jackpots, which will be available to Malta licensees, follow the success of its operator-specific daily jackpots launched with the likes of Paddy Power, Kindred, William Hill, and Poker Stars.

Daily Drop will include a Mega-Drop progressive jackpot which it anticipates will make one lucky player a millionaire every couple of months.

Gavin Hamilton, CEO at Red Tiger Gaming:

“We are very excited about the “Daily Drop” pooled jackpot as it will have equal appeal to players and operators across the spectrum. For the larger ones it will increase the chances of their players winning and for the smaller ones it will finally give them a seat at the table.

“Our daily jackpots have been leading the industry since launch and have been universally popular. But we have listened to our partners and come up with a solution that takes them to a new level and further helps with both acquisition and retention.”

Brian Cullingworth

Infopowa news was a staple of Casinomeister’s news from 2000 until 2019. Brian Cullingworth was the main writer, contributor, and was one of the most knowledgeable persons I have ever known involved in the online casino industry.

We first met in January 2001 at the ICE in London where I observed him going booth to booth interviewing online casino, software, and licensing jurisdiction representatives. Brian was also heavily involved with our forum as “Jetset“, he was involved as an informal consultant to eCOGRA, the OPA, and was a player advocate who assisted countless aggrieved players with his connections to industry folks. He also published “Casino Cautions” via Infopowa news for quite a number of years. These can be found in our news archives.

His passing in February 2019 was a dark day for us. He will be forever missed.
