Lightning Box Acquired by Scientific Games

The casino game studio Lightning Box have been acquired by Scientific Games, as the company continues on their vision to become a leading, cross-platform global game Company.
Lightning Box currently have their games made available to over 50 of the leading iGaming operators in Europe and North America, to include the likes of BetMGM, Rush Street, Golden Nugget, FanDuel, BCLC, Loto Quebec, Unibet, 888, Sky Bet, LeoVegas, William Hill and Betsson Group.
The Australian slot game developer which operates out of Sydney, have a proven track record in producing compelling online slot games. Commenting on the deal, Peter Causley, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Lightning Box, said: “Wow, what an amazing opportunity and recognition of our team’s efforts.”
