Ladbrokes Exits Canadian Market

Effective October 1, 2014

In an e-mail to Canadian customers, Ladbrokes will no longer offer its products or services in the Canadian market, saying the company "regularly reviews [its] ability to offer gambling facilities in different countries throughout the world".

Canadian customers may no longer register, deposit funds or bet using any of Ladbrokes products or services effective Wednesday, October 1, 2014 and will have 30 days from October 1, 2014 to withdraw any remaining funds from their accounts.

Bonus funds and pending winnings still tied into wagering requirements in accounts from Canada will be forfeited as of Wednesday 1st October 2014, the company said.
