Kindred Group Appoint New Chief Financial Officer

It is a busy week for the Kindred Group,which owns and operates well known iGaming brands such as Unibet and 32Red. With Kindred yesterday announcing the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer for the group, with Johan Wilsby being recruited into this role.
Wilsby who was employed by Tobii, a Swedish high-technology company, where he also held the position of Chief Financial Officer, has vast experience working in finance. Before joining Tobii, Wilsby worked for the likes of Microsoft and Hewlett Packard, where he also performed financial leadership roles.
Speaking about the appointment of Wilsby, Kindred Group Chief Executive Officer, Henrik Tjärnström, said: “I am delighted and pleased to welcome Johan to the Kindred team. In addition to Johan’s capability in finance, his extensive experience from the digital industry will ensure he can engage in our operations from the start and be an important part of the management of the company.”
Wilsby, who will assume his new position with Kindred at some point during the autumn of 2020, at a date which has as of yet to be decided, commented: “I really look forward to joining Kindred’s management team and to lead the finance organisation, and thereby contributing to the company’s future success in a dynamic market.”
