Safer Gambling Week

The cross industry initiative Safer Gambling Week, which is driven by the Betting and Gaming Council, whose members numbers the likes of UK betting giants GVC Holdings, Flutter Entertainment and Bet365, commences tomorrow, 19th November 2020.

A campaign to publicise awareness of responsible gambling, including the tools available to players to help them stay in control of their gambling, Safer Gambling Week has garnered substantial support industry wide.

During the forthcoming seven days, many of the UK licensed gambling operators will be promoting Safer Gambling Week, highlighting and promoting responsible gambling.

A spokesperson on behalf of Safer Gambling Week said: “We want to take the message about safer gambling even further this year, and are hoping that this will be our biggest campaign yet.” 

At the end of the week long campaign on the 24th – 25th November 2020, the EGR Virtual Summit being held on those dates, will be partnering with Safer Gambling Week to promote their message of responsible and safer gambling.
