Greentube Acquires Mazooma

Novomatic Group is undergoing an organisational restructure with interactive subsidiary GreenTube acquiring Mazooma Interactive Games in order to streamline the interactive units across the group, and the conception of Greentube UK.
According to a press statement, Greentube UK will provide Mazooma’s former customer base with local access to the Novomatic Group portfolio and with Greentube’s products and services.
“This is a significant business reorganisation to support our growth plans in the UK both from a B2B and B2C perspective,” Georg Gubo, chief operating officer for Greentube, said.
The investment from Greentube is expected to provide clarity to Mazooma customers as well as support GreenTube UK’s expansion plans in the UK market.
