Gaming Nation Closes Bd Sport Acquisition (update)

For consideration up to GBP 11 million
Toronto platform provider Gaming Nation Inc. has completed the acquisition of UK stadium betting services provider BD Sport Group for a consideration of GBP 8,8 million.
The agreement details a further GBP 2.2 million earn out provision on BD Sport's portfolio which includes BD Sport Ltd., BD Stadia Ltd. and BD Deportes SL.
Gaming Nation will leverage BD Sports' existing infrastructure and client base as it deploys its 5050 Central platform within the European market.
