Gameaccount To Launch Simulated Gaming For Maryland Live! Casino

Scheduled to go live in second quarter of 2015

The Cordish Company-owned Maryland Live! Casino will launch an online Simulated Gaming offer following a deal inked with GameAccount Network plc today (Monday).
The new offer is expected to launch in the second quarter of this year subject to regulatory and other approvals.
GameAccount's Simulated Gaming™ has been designed specifically for land-based US casinos to launch online in advance of anticipated regulation.
MaryLand Live!'s Simulated Gaming offer will provide a choice of over 200 casino slot, table and skill-based games, including poker, backgammon, gin rummy, poker dice and blackjack tournaments.
Patrons will be able to use their Live! Rewards Card following GameAccount's Simulated Gaming integration with Maryland Live's customer management system.
"It is a real privilege to start working directly with the casino executive team which not only pioneered the Maryland casino market in 2012, but also had the unique vision to launch a free-to-play online gaming website prior to opening their major new property at Arundel Mills," commented Dermot Smurfit, chief executive officer of GameAccount Network.
Robert J. Norton, President and General Manager of Maryland Live! Casino added: "In the event the landscape surrounding the regulation of real money Internet and mobile gaming changes in Maryland our partnership with GameAccount Network also provides us with a strategic path to execute both options.
