Resolve cases worth US$476,000 in 2017
Respected online casino player advocate Casinomeister has released its Player Arbitration Summary for 2017 revealing and 75 percent increase in customer approaches.
Casinomeister processed 423 customer arbitration requests in 2017, assisted with the resolution of 79 genuine cases amounting to US$476,000, and carried over a further 49 unfinalised cases into 2018 worth around US$383,000.
Of the 229 cases where resolution was deemed impossible or inappropriate, twenty-three operators were either issued a warning or their site added or pending to the Casinomeister’s infamous ‘Rogue’ list.
Casinomeister’s Max Drayman attributes the increase in complaints to players having become more aware and/or willing to use the alternative dispute avenues available to them.
