It’s That Time of the Year Again: Casinomeister Awards 2024

As soon as you hear ‘It’s that time of the year’ at Casinomeister, you immediately know that we aren’t talking about Christmas. It’s the Casinomeister Awards time, and this year, we’ve streamlined things a bit and handed out a total of 13 awards.

In what follows, we’ll give you the highlights of the Casinomeister Awards 2024 so you can see who shined brightest and who missed the mark. 

Casino of the Year 2024 — 3Dice

The most coveted award here at Casinomeister this year went to the hands of 3Dice, the casino that won a fair share of honors back in the day. Luckily, they pressed on with the same energy in 2024, stayed involved in the forum around the clock, and received enough approval from our forum members to win this much-wanted award.

Best New Casino 2024 — Pub Casino

New platforms that operate without a hitch deserve all the praise in the world. This year, Pub Casino has earned the kudos, surfacing as the winner of the Best New Casino 2024 title. They’ve taken enough care to give their players what they want — quick withdrawals, state-of-the-art customer service, and a decent welcome bonus. Just enough to snag the award in this category. 

Best Casino Manager 2024 — L&L Jan

Casino managers don’t get enough credit for everything they do, and our Best Casino Manager award is there to turn this situation around. This year, L&L Jan has been bestowed this title by being almost unanimously voted by both admin and forum members. He really makes the industry a better place, which has fittingly earned him praise left and right. 

Biggest Disappointment 2024 — DHV 2 Slot & Nerfed RTPs

Casinos don’t get the exclusive rights to let players down — slots and game mechanics share in this effort, too. This year, Big Time Gaming’s Danger High Voltage 2, coupled with RTP shavings, have come out on top as the two Biggest Disappointments of 2024. 

While the DHV 2 received scorn mainly due to the lack of mechanics inventiveness, lowered RTPs have been an ongoing topic on the forum for a while. In fact, RTPs frustrated players to such an extent that some gave up on slots completely. 

Best Customer Service 2024 — Lottomart

We all know that customer service can make or break a casino, and Lottomart has taken this formula to heart. Everyone who’s been around Casinomeister for a while could probably see this coming given that Mark from Lottomart received this exact award time and time again during his days at 32Red — which just proves the point that looking after players always pays off. 

A big hand for all the winners — it was well-deserved

This year, just like every other, our selection process remained unwavering. The Casinomeister forum was the epicenter of all the action, which makes sense since it’s a place where players share their first-hand experience with casinos and the raw truth on all things gambling. The moderators went through all the good (and the bad) forum posts about casinos, casino representatives, and forum members. Then, they made a shortlist for each category and shared it with forum members to get their comments on the shortlisted nominees. The rest is history.

As for what’s to come, we’ll continue keeping an ear out for our forum members — and the casinos should try to do the same. Assuming they’re aiming for a spot in the ‘best’ category next year.
