Disappointing downgrade
InfoPowa reluctantly joins several top online gambling portalmasters this week in warning about slow pays and possible business problems at the Australian-owned Hippo Jo Casino (see previous InfoPowa reports)
Only months ago, this new RTG-powered casino debuted to optimistic introductory reports, mainly due to the credentials of some respected and highly experienced Aussie online gambling industry personalities who claimed to be managing the operation. With an undertaking to accept any dispute resolutions through Casinomeister, it appeared to be a safe bet.
Unfortunately, Hippo Jo has not lived up to expectations, with growing numbers of slow pay complaints that are both disappointing and alarming. Exacerbating the situation, the two professionals involved in the management structure appear to be ignoring all attempts to communicate and get to the heart of the problem.
This has led to “rogue” status being applied, and players are urged to exercise caution and diligence before playing.
