Founder and largest shareholder in surprise resignation
Galaxy Gaming, Inc., a developer, manufacturer and distributor of casino table games and enhanced systems, announced Monday that its founder and largest shareholder, Robert Saucier, has resigned from the Board of Directors effective immediately.
Saucier has also resigned his employment as Executive Vice President of Business Development for the Company, effective as of December 31, 2018.
No reason was given for Saucier’s actions.
The company announced it has retained Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. to assist it in evaluating strategic alternatives, including the potential sale of the shares of the company’s common stock held by Triangulum Partners LLC, an entity controlled by Saucier.
