Betsoft Launches 'great 88' Slot

Asian inspired 3D video slot features an array of bonus features

Online gambling games developer BetSoft has announced the launch of its latest 3D slot, an Asian-themed, 5 reel, 30 pay-line game titled GREAT88.
The Asian-inspired slot features an array of bonus features centred about the coveted Lucky Boxes, which each present unique icons and opportunities for rewards.
The boxes may contain Top Symbols, which, when combined with standard symbols, can provide a chance for line wins:
Bronze Coins, which multiply the player's stake by the total number of Bronze Coins revealed;
Firecracker Wilds, which turn one or two adjacent symbols into Wilds as they explode;
Jade Coins which can trigger between 3 and 25 free spins;
Golden Dumplings, which award a spin on the Bonus Wheel, itself offering chances for multiplied stake winnings, free spins or a spin at the Mega Wheel.
The Mega Wheel presents the possibility of winning over a million credits in a single spin, the company revealed in a launch statement Monday.
Stephen Jackman, BetSoft's head of product development said: "The Lucky Boxes are a novel new way to present big wins and a large variation in the opportunities for wins to the player like never before."
The mobile version of the new game, branded GREAT 88 ToGo, has been released in tandem with the desktop version.

Infopowa news was a staple of Casinomeister’s news from 2000 until 2019. Brian Cullingworth was the main writer, contributor, and was one of the most knowledgeable persons I have ever known involved in the online casino industry.

We first met in January 2001 at the ICE in London where I observed him going booth to booth interviewing online casino, software, and licensing jurisdiction representatives. Brian was also heavily involved with our forum as “Jetset“, he was involved as an informal consultant to eCOGRA, the OPA, and was a player advocate who assisted countless aggrieved players with his connections to industry folks. He also published “Casino Cautions” via Infopowa news for quite a number of years. These can be found in our news archives.

His passing in February 2019 was a dark day for us. He will be forever missed.
