Betfair Partners Caesars For New Jersey (update)

New partnership for online as Trump Plaza closes

Betfair, who was given a provisional waiver by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) following the closure of its terrestrial partner Trump Plaza, has joined forces with Caesars Entertainment for the New Jersey market.

Caesars Interactive already holds two online gaming partnerships with 888 Holdings and Amaya Gaming, while operating its own online brands WSOP.com, CaesarsCasino.com and HarrahCasino.com.

The DGE has reportedly approved Betfair's sub-licensing deal with Caesars Entertainment for an initial six months.
