Well-established Affiliate Guard Dog portal acquired by Latest Casino Bonuses
The consolidation trend is alive and well in the affiliate marketing sector of the industry, with expanding Latest Casino Bonuses announcing the acquisition of the ten-year-old Affiliate Guard Dog site for an undisclosed consideration.
The affiliate marketing watchdog provides industry and affiliate information and is well known for its fearless attacks on rogue operators, integrity-challenged affiliate management programs, and the behaviour of some affiliates.
LCB head Joshua Chan has assured the affiliate sector that the change of ownership will not affect the AGD commitment to fair play in the business, and that it will continue to protect the legitimate interests of affiliates.
Earlier this year LCB acquired the World Casino Directory affiliate operation for just short of Euro 2 million (see previous InfoPowa report).

His passing in February 2019 was a dark day for us. He will be forever missed.
