Withdrawn: 12Bet is confiscating player winnings, non-responsive to player complaints

A few months ago a player came to us after their balance of MYR 33,000 (approx US$10,000) had been confiscated without notice. When the player had asked the casino why the winnings were confiscated the casino had apparently said "prove that you won". When the player (eventually) showed them a screenshot of the win the casino said it was a fake and would no longer discuss the issue. Finally the player reported the issue to us but the casino never responded, nor even acknowledged having received our emails.

WARNING: 12Bet is confiscating player winnings without explanation and demanding that players "prove it" when players complain. They are ignoring 3rd party attempts to assist the wronged player. Players are advised to avoid this casino.
 
An affiliate rep has contacted us to discuss matters, so far nothing of significance has happened. Curiously spam for 12Bet has suddenly started appearing on our forums. :/
