Withdrawn: Stargames: no-pay, absentee Support, won't discuss player issues

The problem with Stargames came to our attention when a player reported that a withdrawal that had been approved four months ago and promised "within 10 days" remained unpaid with no details being given or offered. Support was only available via a toll number and emails routinely went unanswered.

When we received the Pitch-A-Bitch we tried to contact the casino several times but were repeatedly told "the player has all the information" and "we will not discuss the matter". We tried to determine if that was their standard policy for all player complaint issues and they simply ignored the question.

Be Aware: Stargames (stargames.com) is withholding approved player withdrawals without justification, payment promises are made and broken without explanation. Players are routinely ignored by Customer Support. Players are warned that if they have difficulties at Stargames they are on their own, the casino refuses to discuss player complaints regardless of the circumstances. Proceed at your own risk.
 
Casino management has come forward with assurances to be available to discuss player issues and assigned someone to oversee that. The case that precipitated the Warning was resolved a couple months ago. Given this the Warning is now Under Review and will be withdrawn in 60 days if there are no further issues.
