Zeusbingo/Jumpman Gaming - Source of Wealth issue

I phoned up UKGC on Monday for some advice and she said I’ll just have to wait until the 8 weeks is up to be able to go to eCORGA, she said they shouldn’t be doing this as everything I have sent to the casino I have sent to UKGC and they said that I have sent more than enough to get the account verified
If the UKGC were that bothered, they'd be penalising companies for things like this and ensuring it doesn't happen at other casinos licensed by themselves. We're seeing too many instances of casinos using things like this to stall payments, surely something needs to be done??

Casinomeister reviews UK licensed casinos - don't be a fool and get ripped off by the Rogues!
I twice wrote to the UKGC to raise my concerns about jumpman gaming and the way they behave. Didn't even receive a response.
Little wonder some casinos act the way they do then when they have such little to answer to.

Bizarre how the UKGC can be so over zealous about whether you can afford that £50 deposit yet seemingly so ambivalent as to whether players get paid their rightful winnings or not. Baffling.

They had already been investigated to make it easier for customers to withdraw and remove limits and a few other things but I hadn’t seen it till I have had all this bother with them

UKGC are too busy ensuring autospin gets removed and making players' lives a misery. Still not as bad as Germany and Sweden regs though (just).

Yeah, ask any gambler what their main gripes are and I doubt quick spins would be top of the list. Not getting paid their winnings on the other hand...

Just a little update received an email this morning to say the verification is now complete and I have been able to make a £5000 withdrawal so hopefully that’s it now sorted. Thanks so much to everyone that helped me throughout this process it’s been a long 8 weeks

8 weeks, funny that, the exact amount of time you have to wait before you go to the ADR without a deadlock letter.
Not sure what the last part is about, £5000 withdrawal per day, nice breach of their LCCP again there, there must be NO withdrawal limits for UK customers. If you win a million, you should be allowed to withdraw it in a day.
I don't expect you will play there again, so would suggest once you get your withdrawal (so it doesn't get 'delayed' again) complain again to the UKGC and forward that email to them.

It does say at the bottom that if I want I can withdraw it all but have to send in verification believe it or now I’ll put the other part of email in this reply, I would be quicker just withdrawing it daily until I have it all tho

Thats still bullshit from them, no withdrawal should be delayed by the request for any further information that could have been asked for at a previous point in the customer journey, considering they are going to pay you (albeit over 4 days) then they don't require any further documentation at all, or they wouldn't pay you it all in £5k chunks. Plus you have been through a SoW check, so either they haven't done it properly, or they are talking shit.
Once you get your money please send the email to the UKGC, the casino are pure scum for doing what they are, and shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.

I will do, that was my exact thought that I have just been through all that hassle and to withdraw it all they want more id it’s crazy

I made the mistake of depositing £200 on a few Jumpman sites recently (£200 seemed to be their max deposit?), think I'm in for £600 or £800 but I've got £750 on Spinhill.com which I'm trying to withdraw. As I only opened the account today I've got to wait 48 hours before I can withdraw (scummy for sure) so I've proactively emailed them my documents. Will be interesting to see how long it takes to get paid after reading this thread.

I am having a nightmare with big ben slots. In the past year I have deposited about £100. I won £1700 about a month ago and I've been trying to withdraw it since. My ID was verified but everything else was rejected. My bank card that I used to deposit was rejected (as they have an old bank card which is no longer in use as I lost it months ago on their file). I emailed them explaining this and they now want me to send bank statement showing references using this card or some crap. I sent in 3 letters to show proof of address, all were rejected and 2 were from my bank. I've had enough so I called the gambling commission and they advised that the next step is to email a formal complaint to big ben slots which I've just done. If they then reject that I've to contact eCoRG or something and they will decided. It's an absolute scam! Do yous have any advice for me on what I should do next or have I done enough?
